Cancellations/No Shows/Lateness

All cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to scheduled appointment time.

Any lateness of more than 20 minutes may forfeit your appointment and loss of deposit.

We reserve the right to hold your $50 deposit if a no-show or a fail to reschedule before 24 hour mark occurs.

Special exceptions may be made based on each case. Life happens and we want to accommodate you the best we can.

Product Return

Products may be exchanged or returned for full refund in original payment amount within 10 days if products are unused and in re-sellable condition.

Please come in with a clean face, with no makeup on prior to your appointment.

This will allow us to focus on your main treatment for the full time scheduled.

No guests or children allowed in room during appointment.

Please arrive no more than 5-10 minutes prior to scheduled time.

Any special instructions will be sent by text or email prior to your appointment.
